Day 2, better than expected
It actually has gone better today than I could have imagined. Though
I was sooo hungry when I eat lunch at 13!
Ended up frying zucchini, asparagus, sweet potatoe, potatoes, tomatoe, onion and then I topped it of with some minced meat.

After lunch I headed out to the dog club and met up with a friend, we had some coffe and when she left L and I had a fantastic training session! Headed home afterwards and a couple of hours later we headed out to another dog club where we had a class tonight.
We did really good tonight but I felt
I was really Hungry...and when I get home I just can't eat my bread😱😱😱 so instead of making a huge dinner I ended up eating shredded carrots and apple with a splash of lemon on top. Yummy!

This specific tip of food I got from Martina last time around. This time she is doing the diet with me! ❤️ Thank you, and several more of u for being such a fantastic support eating this diet with me! If u can do it with me, then I can do it for u!
But now I am totally tired so heading to bed. Alarm goes off 05.45.
