First day of diet
I started out this day with a 1 1/2 hour long morning walk with Lakrits through out Nacka forest preserve. Beautiful way to start the day and also the first day of this diet. I think the first day isn't that tough. Give me day 3 or 4 when I really miss my bread and cheese!!😱
Today's meal hasn't been super exciting.
Breakfast; oatmeal with commemorating and shredded apple and a cup of coffe

For lunch I had some chicken salad and dinner it ended up being chicken breast ( shouldn't have had more chicken but was sooo hungry after my very first ever real yoga class, which by the way was awesome!
Anyway, dinner; chicken, shredded apple and carrots, tomatoe and red onion with a splash of lemon. Yummy.
